3. Making a contract with us
When you place an order with Linda Erbe online via the website, you are making an offer to buy services.

Linda Erbe will take payment from you when we accept your order.

Linda Erbe reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders which have been placed while you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or medication.
Linda Erbe also reserve the right to refuse a service to anyone at any time if we believe it is not appropriate for us to provide that service at that time to you because you are ill, mentally unwell or under the influence of drugs, medication or alcohol.

Prior to your reading we will charge your credit card for the service.
All services offered are to be prepaid and under no circumstances will credit terms will be entered into.
If you purchase services from Linda Erbe using a credit or debit card or by PayPal, we require you to provide the following information:

You agree to provide Linda Erbe with current, complete and accurate information when asked to so, either by purchasing through the website, or via telephone.

7. Delivery Period for Readings
All live telephone appointments will be booked as an appointment and scheduled for a day and time that is mutually suitable for Linda Erbe and you, the client.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Readings
Please select your reading carefully as once a reading is paid for online through Linda Erbe´s website, or after purchasing a reading from Linda Erbe directly over the telephone with a credit or debit card, there are no refunds except in unusual and exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Linda Erbe cannot provide the service you have paid for, Linda Erbe will refund your payment using the same payment method you used to purchase your reading.
If you need to cancel your booking, please email Linda Erbe to cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the booking. Linda Erbe will endeavour to rebook a mutually suitable day and time for your reading.
If you are on medication which causes drowsiness or sleepiness, or a lack of judgment, or difficulty functioning, or you are using illicit substances, or are drunk on alcohol, please do not engage Linda Erbe´s services or contact her, or buy readings from Linda Erbe from our site or over the phone with Linda Erbe.
If you make a purchase of our service and/or have a service while you are under the influence of either medication or illicit drugs or alcohol, Linda Erbe is under NO OBLIGATION to refund you. Linda Erbe is not responsible for your state of mind or actions.

12. Retreats
Please note that your booking for an animal communication retreat will only be confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from Linda Erbe and have completed the deposit payment. Until then, the booking is not considered definite.
Once you have completed your registration and deposit payment, Linda Erbe will reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm your participation in the selected retreat. However, please note that confirmation of participation does not guarantee that the retreat will take place. We recommend refraining from purchasing non-refundable travel until you receive an email confirmation from Linda Erbe.
Please keep in mind that Linda Erbe require a minimum of 6 participants for the retreat to take place.
Additionally, please note that all of our retreats and related activities are only offered to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Pricing
All prices listed for Linda Erbe are in USD, unless otherwise specified for Canadian trips, which are quoted and payable in CAD and subject to applicable taxes. Please note that Linda Erbe is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or credit card/bank processing fees.
Linda Erbe reserves the right to modify prices for any of the travel arrangements shown on our website. You will be notified of the current price of the travel arrangement you wish to book before your booking is confirmed.
The cost of your travel arrangement includes all component parts listed on the booking confirmation invoice, unless stated otherwise. However, flights, transport, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, tipping, and any additional excursions or activities not confirmed as part of your retreat arrangements are not included in the price of your travel arrangement. Furthermore, any items or services purchased during a retreat are not included in the cost of your travel arrangement unless explicitly stated.
THE FINAL PAYMENT
Kindly mark your calendar and ensure that the final payment is made into our account no later than 60 days before the start of the retreat in order to secure your reservation. Failure to make the final payment on time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and we will have to release your spot to other interested participants. Please take note of this important reminder to avoid any inconvenience.
To ensure that you receive important updates and information from Linda Erbe, please add Linda Erbe´s email address to your contact list or safe sender list. This will help prevent emails from being filtered into your junk or spam folder. You can also regularly check your junk or spam folder to ensure that you don’t miss any important messages. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Clients are required to inform Linda Erbe of any medical conditions or special requirements that may affect their ability to participate in the retreat. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
Clients with medical conditions or special requirements may be refused certain activities during the retreat at their own expense if they fail to notify Linda Erbe in advance. Additionally, some retreats may not be suitable for clients with certain physical or mental conditions, and it is recommended that clients with concerns email Linda Erbe in advance.
While Linda Erbe will make every effort to meet special requests, such as dietary restrictions, such requests may not always be possible depending on the retreat. Linda Erbe reserves the right to refuse clients with certain conditions.
Clients must carry medical insurance as medical facilities can vary from country to country. Linda Erbe will do its best to provide proper medical attention if needed, it makes no representations or warranties regarding the standard of such treatment.
CANCELLATION OF A RETREAT BY THE CLIENT
In the event of a cancellation by a client, Linda Erbe requires written notification via email, which must be acknowledged by Linda Erbe in writing as well. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure bookings.
If you cancel 60 days or more before your Start Date, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date for your retreat. This excludes the 50% deposit per person which is non-refundable.
If a client has made additional payments beyond the deposit and cancels, the full balance can be rolled over to another date of the same trip within two calendar year. If the trip is not offered again, the client can switch locations, and fees can be transferred accordingly.
In certain circumstances, fees apart from the deposit may be refunded, including serious injury or illness of the client or a close family member. However, in the case of a natural disaster, Linda applies the “act of god” rule, and no fees will be reversed.

Cancellation Disputes:
Linda Erbe have the final say in all disputes over cancellations and of course will try to solve the issue. We intend to approach all issues with understanding, flexibility and compassion.
From that place, a solution can always be found.
CANCELLATION OF A RETREAT BY LINDA ERBE
Linda may cancel a retreat for any reason but will not cancel a retreat less than 30 days before the retreat start date unless there are unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. If Linda Erbe cancels a retreat before the agreed departure date for any reason other than the Client’s fault, the Client can choose to transfer their deposit to another retreat taking place within one calendar year or receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract as soon as possible.
Linda Erbe is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment. If the Client is offered a refund but requests an alternate retreat of a higher value than that originally booked, then the Client must pay the difference in price.
If after departure a significant element of the trip contracted for cannot be provided, Linda Erbe will make suitable alternative arrangements for the continuation of the trip. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or the Client reasonably rejects any suitable alternatives, Linda Erbe will provide the Client with a refund of unused tour portions.
Where a significant alteration or cancellation occurs, which is not due to Force Majeure or other circumstances beyond Linda Erbe´s control, Linda Erbe will in some circumstances offer compensation. However, significant alterations do not include the substitution of a transportation method, modification of itineraries, change in hotel accommodation or meal offering.
Airfare
Linda Erbe retreats do not include national or international airfare in the booking fee. Therefore, clients are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location.
To avoid any inconvenience, Linda Erbe advises clients to wait until the retreat is confirmed to run before booking any non-refundable travel arrangements, including airfare. This is because the retreat may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. It is recommended that clients purchase travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen cancellations or changes to their travel plans.
TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE
Linda Erbe recommends Clients obtain travel medical insurance. The Client is responsible for obtaining their own travel medical insurance that covers personal injury and emergency medical expenses, including helicopter evacuation, air ambulance, and repatriation. It is also recommended that the coverage be extended to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that may arise due to loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience during travel. The Client should ensure that the insurer is aware of the type of travel to be undertaken when obtaining travel insurance. Linda Erbe shall have no liability for loss, theft, or damage to baggage or personal effects, or for losses due to ordinary wear and tear and other acts of God.
EVACUATION PROCEDURES AND COSTS
It is important to note that evacuations costs not covered by Linda Erbe or any of its representatives. In the event of an emergency evacuation, the costs will be the responsibility of the person being evacuated or their insurance provider. It is therefore strongly recommended that all clients obtain travel medical insurance that covers emergency medical expenses including evacuation costs.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is important for the Client to ensure that they have a valid passport, visas, permits, and certificates, including vaccination certificates, required for the whole journey. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months past the return date. It is the Client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary documents and ensure that they are correct and valid. Linda Erbe is not responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from missing or defective documentation.
Any information or advice given by Linda Erbe regarding visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, special equipment, etc. is provided as a courtesy to the Client and is purely advisory. Linda Erbe is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided by third parties such as the appropriate governmental authorities.
To facilitate the obtaining of travel documents and flight bookings, Linda Erbe will send all international trip-related documents, such as Retreat Planning Guides, via email once the trip is confirmed to run. Linda Erbe will aim to confirm trips within a reasonable timeframe.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
By booking a retreat with Linda Erbe, the Client acknowledges the potential risks and challenges associated with travel to certain destinations, including political, cultural, and geographical factors. The Client assumes responsibility for educating themselves about the customs, weather conditions, physical challenges, and laws in effect at each stop along the itinerary, and is encouraged to contact their local embassy or consulate at the trip destination.
SUPPLIERS & INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
Linda Erbe may work with local suppliers who may engage their own subcontractors or operators. Linda Erbe will choose reputable and competent suppliers but the terms and conditions of the supplier will apply. The liability of Linda Erbe will not exceed that of any supplier, and local laws and regulations will be applicable to the services provided by any supplier. Neither Linda Erbe nor any carrier is responsible for independent contractors.
SAFETY
It is important to note that adventure travel, such as that provided by Linda Erbe, involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to risk of injury, illness, and death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature, animals, or other causes. By participating in a Linda Erbe retreat, the Client assumes all such risks and releases Linda Erbe and its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities arising from such risks.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Linda Erbe and its officers, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any and all claims arising out of the Client’s participation in the retreat, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, illness, or death, and claims for property damage or loss. The Client further agrees to waive any right to bring legal action against Linda Erbe and its officers, employees, agents, and representatives for any such claims.
The Client acknowledges that this release and indemnity agreement is binding on the Client’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. The Client also acknowledges that they have carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement before signing it, and that they are signing it voluntarily and without coercion.
HEALTH
It is important to inform Linda Erbe of any medical or health conditions that may affect your participation in the retreat, as well as any changes in your health or fitness leading up to the retreat. This is to ensure that appropriate arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs and to ensure your safety and well-being during the trip. It is also recommended that you consult with your healthcare provider before embarking on any new physical activity or adventure travel to assess any potential risks or limitations.
PHOTOS, VIDEO AND CONTENT CREATION
Please note that it is standard practice for Linda Erbe to ask for participants consent to use their image for promotional purposes before any retreat takes place. This consent is usually included in the liability waiver that participants are required to sign. If a participant does not wish to have their image used for promotional purposes, they should inform Linda Erbe in writing before the retreat starts. However, it is important to note that other participants or third-party photographers may still take photos or videos during the retreat, and Linda may not be able to control the use of those images.
RETREAT ITINERARY CHANGES
It is important for participants to understand that there may be circumstances beyond the control of Linda Erbe and its partners that could affect the itinerary or result in cancellations. While Linda Erbe will make every effort to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for participants, it is ultimately the responsibility of the individual to take necessary precautions and exercise caution during the retreat.
DATA PROTECTION
It is important to note that Linda Erbe will only use personal information for the purpose for which it was provided, and will not disclose it to any other parties except as required by law. Clients have the right to access, modify or delete their personal information at any time by contacting Linda Erbe. By providing personal information, Clients agree to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Linda Erbes´s privacy policy.
LIABILITY
Linda Erbe is not responsible for any improper or non-performance of any services forming part of the Contract which are wholly attributable to the fault of the Client, unforeseeable or unavoidable act or omission of a third party unconnected with the provision of any services to be provided under the Contract, or unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Linda Erbe and/or the relevant supplier, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised, including but not limited to an event of force majeure. Linda Erbe and/or the relevant supplier shall not be liable for any event that could not even with all due care have been foreseen or forestalled.
In the event that Linda Erbe is responsible for any death, injury or illness caused by the negligent acts and/or omissions of its suppliers of services which form part of the Contract then Linda Erbe limits its liability.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
The Client acknowledges and agrees that participating in a Linda Erbe retreat involves inherent risks due to the adventurous nature of the retreat. The Client assumes all such risks and releases Linda Erbe from any and all claims and causes of action arising from any damages, injuries, or death resulting from these inherent risks. As a condition of payment, the Client is required to carefully review and sign Linda Erbe’s RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable or void by operation of law or for any other reason, that provision shall be considered removed from this Agreement or amended as necessary to make it enforceable, without affecting the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement. All remaining terms and conditions shall continue to be binding and in effect.
APPLICABLE LAW
The Contract and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Ibiza, Spain.
WAIVER OF BOOKING CONDITIONS
These Booking Terms and Conditions may only be waived or amended by written mutual consent. By completing, submitting, and making payment for their retreat booking, the Client agrees to accept all these conditions. Upon acceptance of the booking, Linda Erbe agrees to carry out its obligations as defined in these terms and conditions.
UPDATING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
Linda Erbe reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Booking Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the Client to review and be familiar with these terms and conditions prior to booking and participating in a retreat. The latest version of the terms and conditions can be found on Linda Erbe’s website. By booking a retreat with Linda Erbe, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the most current version of these Booking Terms and Conditions.
